HELP, new headlight issue!

Hi, I've bought some new standard headlights for my 2003 S3....

I have gone to go and fit them but noticed they are not designed for the gas discharge headlamps..... and only have the connections for halogen ones

I rang euro car part who i bought them off and they recon theyre the only ones they do...

Does anyone know if you can actually get replacements for the xenon design? I can't seem to find them anywhere, or whether anyone has adapted the halogen ones to suit???

Are you sure they are not A3 ones that you have got rather than the S3 ones??

Maybe worth taking them back and having a look elsewhere....

@A3-Lee had some recently so maybe able to advise which ones to go for.

There are no aftermarket Xenon lights available for S3's, the are are all halogen based

You can buy new units from Audi for around 500 quid a pop or do like other have done and retrofit bi-xenon projectors to the halogen versions

While you can also fit a HID kit to these types of headlight it is technically illegal due to the cut off pattern and could get you pulled by the police
