S3 upgrades and reliability

Evening folks,

I am ever closer to being back in an S3 however this time I am not content with just a remapped s3, I would like to "get a bit more out of her".

now I am not looking for obscene power however I would like to be looking anywhere between 3-400bhp.

I am fully aware that the rods on the S3 engine are a must to be upgraded. My question is what supporting mods are needed to create a good "reliable" upgraded engine.

I will probably be using a TTE hybrid turbo.

I think I would look into some decent brakes and suspension before upping the power, as they say, power without control is a dangerous thing.
