Et33 ok for A3 8v

Its been a ****** long time since ive been proper active on here but this is where it all started!

Ive got a A3 tdi sline and thinking of changing my wheels but dont know if et33 will be out to much, anyone know if they will work?

If you're sticking with a 7.5J rim then that's pushing it a bit - not sure what you're current set up is but assuming it's ET51 then the ET33 wheels will stick out a further 18mm. Comparing that with the fact that people tend to go for between 10-15mm spacers then that sounds a bit extreme.

If you're looking at going wider at 8J then it's going to look 'interesting' as you'll have 24.4mm of extra poke!

Exactly what I was thinking with regards to the 'norm' being 10-15mm spacers so ill pass on them wheels then. Some of the old skool on here will remember im a sucker for a 5 spoke wheel, just love the simple look and was looking at the Vossen cv3's
