Is the petrol filler cap meant to click when properly sealed ? Just noticed mine doesn’t

As per title on my previous cars the fuel cap clicked twice normally when it was locked into place on the rs3 it doesn’t seem to do that . Thanks

think so, though mine doesnt lock, which is annoying
