Hello
Over the weekend my temp gauge started playing up, as in the temp would get to 90 as normal in idle but then if I put the heating on or started driving, the temp gauge would go down.
Drove it to work this morning and it didn't even get up to 90, so I'm guessing it's the thermostat that's stuck in the open position?
I scanned it this morning and has NO fault codes for temp sensor or anything, NO leaks, not losing coolant, so assuming that it is just a faulty thermostat, would you agree?
Car is 2009 A5 2.0TDI with 133k miles, I can't see in the history folder of one being replaced and I've not done it and had the car at least 4 years now
