Dash Lights - Scales and Needles

Just a quick survey.
When you are driving during the day, with your lights OFF, are your Needles & Scales (i.e. the background behind the Needles) both lit up?

With my Lights set to auto, needles and gauges are on, even when headlights are off during the day. Lights set to off, needles and gauges are off.
