Will an independent garage reset my service interval?

My car is due a service soon and it will be the first one where I'm not taking it to Audi. Will an independent garage be able to reset the service interval?

no there is a way to reset the service reminders without software or hardware... don't ask me though but you can see an instructional video for your model on youtube, way easier than me explaining how to do it.
