3.0 bitdi engine feels like it is miss firing.

Hi everyone
Just recently my engine feels like it is miss firing when the throttle is held steady at a constant speed.
It doesn't happen all of the time and there are no warning lights on the dashboard.
It has done it occasionally when parked up without moving.
I've scanned it with VCDS and it appears I do have an intermittent issue with stuck swirl flaps, see below:
There is no power loss under full acceleration.
The engine and gearbox has been remapped by Unicorn motor developments a couple of years ago.
Does anyone have any previous experience with the same issue or any ideas please ?
Is there a fix with the swirl flap fault that anyone can help with ?

I contacted Darkside Developments to ask for their expert opinion on my issue.

Now I'm totally confused as VCDS says there is a swirl flap problem.
Also is the throttle valve easily accessible to clean ?
I wouldn't have a clue where to look once the engine cover is removed
