MOT INSPECTION CHECK

Hello everyone,
I recently went to inspect a 2010 A3 S Line 158 TFSI S-A TFSI 160 S Tronic Auto for purchase. Upon checking the MOT history, I found the following advisories, although the seller has already replaced the tires. Could you please advise if the other advisories are major issues or if they are minor and can wait until the next MOT?Thank you all.

A £20 centre exhaust clamp and a rear suspension arm which has some surface corrosion due to salty roads and road grime.

Just an over cautious tester.

i had my exhaust clamp mount and sleeve replaced it was also a advisory for safety reasons has i go on motorways alot it cost me 60 quid at audi vw vag specialist
