Can I simply swap the brass fittings over ? Mine uses the metal pipework with the O connection and the M8 bolt which won't connect to the new pump

Well I tried I don't have a vice and can't for the life of me undo the fitting.
I'm starting to think replacing the bango line might be easier

seems a bit extreme but im currently leaning on a hacksaw some hose and some jubilee clips so i can at least use the car to go get parts.

It's not a bad shout I had considered it but that limits the space in which to get the spanner to it and last thing I want Todo is chew up the brass fittings as I may need to send it back.
