you wont! rubbing/scraping shouldnt be an issue unless your on coils. I've the 45-50mm on mine and never had an issue with speed bumps
you should be fine, it is enough to drop the car low enough to catch high speedbumps..
are h&r springs much lower than s-line springs ?
you should be fine, it is enough to drop the car low enough to catch high speedbumps.. you just have to be a bit more careful...
I have caught my exhaust a couple times but only when rushing and not thinkiing about what im doin!!
This was mine on 25mm H&Rs.
Apart from slight bounciness on fast bumpy roads, everything else was better. Car had more attitude, steering felt nicer on turn in and cornering was much flatter, ride was still decent, and you feel more through the seat.
And it looked much better.
Recommended but make mske sure you get a geometry set up after fitting or you risk ruining your tyres.
theyre 18's ad.. Thats how mine sits!! h&r does give a decent drop, although its slightly reverse raked! i want more lows tbh, the front is too high!!
yeh but wont it be different on an S3 as in the S3 is already -25mm on an S-Line?? might be wrong but makes sense! that A3 looks identical ride height to mine!!
Ahhhhh..... yeah you're right. Its 25mm down on an S3! So to get about the same drop on an s-line or Sport you would need 50mm H&R.
I think the S3 standard springs are 10mm lower than s line if I remember correctly..? Audi told me that sport is 15 mm lower than standard, sline a further 10mm and S3 another 10mm..!?!?
That height looks perfect to me. But is much lower than I expected for 25mm H&R.
Looks like if you'd gone 50mm your wheels would've been up the arches.
What size wheels are they?? 19s?
