Anyone retrofitted MagRide ? Especially on a front wheel drive Car ? Had a bit of a look and finding not a lot online..... lots about removing it though
Although you already have the level sensors in place for your matrix lighting retrofitting MagRide correctly would require you re-coding, re-parameterising and indeed re-wiring most of your vehicles advanced features... everything from your matrix lights through to your pedestrian protection. Massive job that at this moment in time could prolly not be completed without errors... and MagRide cannot be calibrated while related errors exist, so your vehicle would be bouncing around like a clown car. The cherry on the cake would be that you would need everything that references your level sensors to be re-calibrated including your matrix lights which is dealership only due to the equipment needed.
zero problems. Changing the springs to something like the eibach’s will change the car for the better, and once calibrated ou wil onset why the vehicle was not like this from the factory.
Edit: sorry, did not read the question correctly, no... only the headlights level needs to be recalibrated or adjusted.Does anything need calibrated after lowering on non magride and non matrix car? Thing like normal led headlights.
