My mates dad had an issue like this with a insignia, I was talking to him today and he said an insignia he bought had high road tax and it was because it was first registered by the MOD when new and that for some reason there cars have different tax brackets or something along those lines

My gsxr 750 k5, k-tech front and rear internals, galfer disks, brembo m/c, pc3, quickshifter, ohlins damper and a few other bits. Owned lots of bikes, newer and older than this, bigger and smaller engines and in my opinion this is the best all rounder.

The car has a mileage discrepancy and also registered as both petrol/diesel in different places and high road tax because of that... Did you not do any checks before buying it? I always check the mot history of any vehicle I’m interested in buying wether its £500 or £5000.. can’t be to careful...

Hi, thanks for the reply. I've heard that about the dpf having a visual check, my mot guy is a mate so no problems there but if there's no more gain from the delete pipe then I'll just gut the original one anyway. I've read mixed stories on the 170 differences so need to try and confirm 100%...
