Update Both ESP and Airbag lights have gone off on their own after a drive to work and back.

Hi folks 2nd gear is a little crunchy on my 5 speed A4 box. Its on 160k miles and looking through service history does not show any oil change. Is the crunchy change likely to improve with an oil change? If so which oil is suggested? I did some reading up and found 75w90 is the correct grade...

It will stay stock. The interior needs some work at the moment, all the plastic parts that have rubber on them are well worn.

Did you miss the bit where it starts and runs fine?
