the pipe i used was plastic with a metal ring running through so i carefully pressed it into shape through into the box - this was also the case this afternoon when i cleaned up my fitting into front bumper

hi guys finally got some pics - u can see my cold air feed, and also ive put some pics of my new cold side relocation kit. As you can see ive made some changes to kit as i found the dv to get in the way of throttle cable !!

today i finally managed to get my cold air feed put in to standard airboxonly got to cut out fit tightly in bumper tomz but cant wait to see what difference it makes .... i used a 3" black pipe from original position down to bumper,next item on the agenda is a tip ??? cant decide which 1 to go...
thanks alex c - i can see that some numpty has t'd into the fpr line to the dv,but left a dedicated line to a boost gauge ha ha i'm going to change this so the fpr has its own line and tee the boost gauge and dv together also i'm going to cable tie off all connections as this hasn't been done -...
Don't like fmic's they don't look stock enough for me, call me stupid but that's how i like things - what sort of bhp should i be seeing after the remap.
Also this is all done on a golf anniversary engine 180bhp standard -code=aum
bristol is not all that for tuning really.... - my dogbone mount is neither red or yellow its a special mount from ths which is uprated 80% stronger then original but all looks stock - stealths the way i like things,as for having deep pockets no i havent now lol - just got 5" side intercooler...

where can i buy new bolts from as ive had the same problem - i need all 4 for the dogbone mount. i bought a new mount from ths its the fr3 but came with no bolts - wish i bought the new mount from ecs they come with new bolts ....
ok just got under my car to find the dogmount mount is only half there ???? the end that bolts on to gearbox is fine but the other end is simply a straight piece of metal which is bolted to the subframe - i see this is because previously somebody managed to snap the threads in the subframe...
