I put new clusters and pins in as they were all wrecked when I got the car. More than Likely the chain tensioner has broken. Then the p0016 is the car seeing a momentary difference between the cam sensor and the crank sensor. Find a good local mechanic to do it .I got a tensioner kit for around 140 and was 200 labour to sort

Slow getting back as was away on a driving hol lol.I think his idea is the wire is breaking somewhere, hanging by a stand if you know what I mean. If it isn't the wire the cluster is brand new so only other thing I guess would be a faulty CCM
