    Rear seat protection

I bought a Diono Ultra seat protector from Halfords, you then also need something to protect the seat back in front of the child from their muddy shoes. If you order on line you get the reduced price but it is full price in store...

    2007/2008 Audi A3 1.4 TFSI reviews?

Have a look at Honest John website as he lists good and bad points about most cars. There is also a Q&A section where someone asked him a similar question recently and the answer was that a vocal minority have problems...

    Audi Rechargable Torch

I've had one of the Audi rechargable torches (4F0947175) for a while and it has alway worked well with the cigarette lighter socket in my A3. I swapped it over to the 12 Volt accessory socket in another car and it won't stay in place. I know some websites say works in cigarette lighter sockets...

Maybe out with the old and maybe in with the new, advice and courage needed.

Just be aware that an 8p Sportback might not be the practical answer, we could only fit the pushchair in diagonally in the boot despite it fitting crossways in a MkV Golf. By the age of two our Daughter was walking everywhere so we gave up on the pushchair and now there is loads of space for all...

    2007 Sportback service queries

If the car is over 3 years old your Audi dealer might offer fixed price. Mine was about 2 weeks under 3 years and they offered it. £310 is the full service, about half that for an interim oil service. http://m.audi.co.uk/owners-area/servicing-with-audi/fixed-price-servicing/under-2l.html Its...

    Did I buy a lemon?

Trading standards should be interested and probably know him already if this isn't a one off. Regardless of warranty the dealer is liable for faults in first 6 months that aren't normal wear and tear. Check out honestjohn website and you should get a good idea of your rights and remedy available.

    57 Plate 3 door A3 2.0 TDI Wheels

According to Elsawin for a 2006-08 2.0 TDI a 7.5Jx17 ET56 wheel will fit your car and recommends 225/45 R17 tyres. I've got a 2011 1.8 TFSI and have done the opposite swap from 17" Kinnetics to the same wheel as your car in order to put 16" winter tyres on, role on the mild winter in history no...

    Audi a3 won't start

I can remember reading something similar years ago where was started and driven out of the garage then stopped and wouldn't restart. I thought it would only apply to petrol cars but excess fuel from cold starting and only running for a very short time could cause damage to the cat so the ECU...

*Advice Please! Recommendations/Prices for DPF Removal in Bradford, West Yorkshire*

Unfortunately it's now an MOT fail to have the DPF removed if originally fitted. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-rules-for-mot-to-test-for-diesel-particulate-filter Given all the stories about DPFs and DMFs kicking about I went for a 1.8 TFSI rather than another diesel, of course that...
