A quick update for anyone in the same position make sure whoever is trying to acces these controllers have a GENUINE rosstech cable, I just had a genuine cable delivered this morning plugged it in etc downloaded updates clicked on navigation and near enough instantly i could access the settings...

I had heko on my b6 until some scrout nicked them leaving all the clips still in the frame!! I could defo notice the difference without a after they got nicked

Mine lasted nearly an whole year before some scrout nicked them last month leaving the clips still in, And you can't half tell the difference when they are gone.
