I paid for 3 years full tech pack updates. I have the SIM card (using the same one since car registration). My car was registered July 2014 and I have only downloaded 3 updates since then. Just received this notification (which is obviously nonsense).
Auto Trader and car enthusiast web sites are the classic places criminals will use to research for cloned plates. I wouldn't post a car registration plate online or on Auto Trader if possible. That goes for private plates or standard plates - makes no difference to them as long as the ANPR...
Organised crime groups tend to go for performance vehicles like an S3. I would speak to the police again just so it is logged on their system. You'd be surprised how useful such information can be during a subsequent investigation.
This may well be part of an organised crime group using a cloned car to commit offences. I am prosecuting such a case at the moment where a series of cloned Audi's have been used to commit armed robberies. Tell the police.
Sorry to say it but it looks a mess. The bonnet should be flush to the grill. I can't work out what the guy has done but he hasn't done it properly. Was this an 8V S3 grill? Has he also removed the s-line badges from the wings or did you pay for xenon lights?

I've just ordered one of these DrivePro 200 too (for the front of the car). Do you fit the wire behind the headlining and if so how easy is it to remove and replace the lining? I don't want to start pulling my car to bits and then find I can't replace the lining!! Is your unit plugged into...
I'd be interested in your figures. I think the most accurate way is to use the litres verses miles calculation. I've owned a number of Audi's and I don't think any of them have had particularly accurate on-board calculations. I look forward to hearing how you get on.
This is my 1.4 (150) COD consumption over the last couple of months. I leave my car in auto mode as it seems to be more efficient for some reason (and nicer to drive) than efficiency mode. I don't hammer the car. I commute 36 miles to work and 36 back. Mainly dual carriageway and a little bit of...
This is the complete history of fuel consumption of my 1.4 (150) COD from mid-July. Seems the average of 42mpg is about par for the course. I found that using the 'Automatic' driving program seemed, bizarrely, to deliver better economy than the 'Efficiency' setting.
