...after umming and arring about the finishing touch to the rear vallance, I decided a quick plasticote session was in order to do what audi should have done at the factory.....1 hour later.....I think the results speak for themselves.....what do you guys think...?
Morning all, after recently changing my PCV valve and solving the erratic idle problem, I've noticed that it's also cured the erratic temp gauge reading........ used to fluctuate between 70 and 90 degrees but now sits steadfast at the ideal 90 deg............Coincidence or not..?

Chaps, false alarm, cel came on again, reset it and she's idling rough but revs hold at 800rpm. She's being plugged in properly in the morning but as she's running so ****** smoothly I suspect a minor issue but will post the outcome.
With regards to reoving the maf, it's only 2 fixings and 1...
Chaps, thanks for the replies........ it appears that after replacing all the parts that I did without improvement, I needed to give the MAF a really good clean with carb cleaner..... no lights, no judder and a nice 800rpm tickover.
