    Well finally finished it all off today, left it running to get to temp as I replaced coolant sensor & thermostat aswell, all seemed ok, then comes 5.00 I go to leave work the EML came on, checked the code and was a advanced timing code.... I timed it twice and got another lad to check it...

I was a bit unsure of the timing last night so re did it and still seemed to me to be half a tooth out, but I put a socket down cylinder one which showed I was at tdc, so left it at that I started it...

    Oh really? um wouldn't I have lack of power if I had a leak it seems to be fine, ill have a check of it when im fitting the Cambelt don't have a smoke test machine at work so will have to do it the good old fashion way with a torch haha! surely if it was anything major ide have a code stored...
