I just want my car repaired lol. It's a 2004 a4 64000 miles fsh (main dealer and 2 services at audi specialist) and its near enough mint apart from the roof rails. I don't mind contributing to get the job done properly. Lets face it if I took car to a body shop I would prob pay the same amount...
I get the feeling they are finding any excuse not to repair at the moment. I had mine looked at and all original paint. 64000 mile full history. They replied just before Xmas saying no so I escalated it to complaints and nope again.
So got nothing else to lose except hassling them on Facebook...

I have a sub and an amp that I would like to replace the broken sub that farting away in the boot. Any way I can keep stock concert head unit and wire this into the car and only do away with the oem sub?

I am sure with discount I get 5 litres from TPS for under 20 quid!! Anyway a independent vw/Audi specialist can stamp ur service book and it's as good as dealer history, as long as u keep invoice showing genuine parts are used.
Noticed some oil on turbo today, took the tip off to check turbo and :-(
Turbine has loads of movement up/down, side to side and in and out.

Change the central locking pump in boot mine done exactly the same changed fuse windows worked but no locking. Brought second hand unit fitted it and all sorted.
If it vacuum unit located under pass rear light then Audi a3 97 to 2001 fits a4 avant 1999-2002 or a8 1997-2003
