Have you actually confirmed the exhaust flaps / valves are opening and closing?? Start the car, change to dynamic and go and feel for output from all 4 pipes. If all four pipes aren't outputting then your valves aren't opening. Sometimes the software bugs out and you need to cycle all the way...
