Yes I will try and record the noise as best as possible - will post in the next few days. The videos I have the noise isn't that clear.

I will double check and reply to you when I have tried this, I know as soon as I enter that specific RPM range 2200-2400 rpm ( 3rd gear upwards) the resonation/vibration kicks in . As soon as the revs go below or above this specific rpm range the noise stops in any of the gears.

Hi there, did you ever get to the bottom of this issue? my car is experiencing that exact same issue. I have been to two Audi specialists and main dealer and none of them can provide a diagnosis. I am hoping you have a cure for me :)
