I have the same problem and find it hard to stop the windscreen misting up without the aircon . Is this directly linked to the air temp sensor ? if so where is it and can anyone think of a way to fool it into thinking its a bit warmer because I'd rather have a clear screen than know if its a bit...

er what can i say i have a a3 1.8t a 90 bhp Octavia, and a 115 bhp pd Octavia all cc mapped. and a focus 130 tdci so in declining order of speed here goes 1st by a country mile the a3 1.8t 2nd ya not going to like this...... sorry but its the focus .but i think its down to the bacofoil...

OK i had a stage 1 cc remap done just under a year ago but after about 3 month my clutch started to slip then summer came n the bike (real power )came out and i only got a new one the other month .Since then every time i change gear i can hear what i can only say sounds like a dump valve only...

22mpg !!! wow i can get mine up to mid 30s n still have fun its all about revs and keeping the momentum going .but i am a taxi driver so when I'm not in race mode i can't help driving as economical as possible ... good tips are over 2.2k is bad don't over break in corners n don't press ya clutch...

ok i can't believe i've done this but i was trying to fix my central locking pump today and i've dropped the unit and cracked the circuit bord (don't laugh) i dont think it can be mended so i think i need to get a new one. do i have to get one with the exact same code or do others fit ? the code...

i've just had a new clutch as well but i had to have a fickin new duel mass flywheel as well :sign_unfair: £560 with a new set of rear discs n pads and an mot so not too bad . light as a feather now and i can do wheel spins again :jump::jump: so that's a new set of tyres this weekend

hi me names con got an 1999 1.8t i've had it for what seems for ever now just cant bring my self to part with it . mileage is getting a bit high but it don't smoke n never lets me down so i don't see why i should.i dont know that much about cars (more used to 2 wheels:sm4:) but enough to get by...
