    Does the 1.6 FSI Engine code : BLP - Have they got a timing belt or chain ?? :S

    I sent my car in for a new timing belt / cam belt & water pump.. within 1 hour i had a call saying they couldnt do it because its the engine code BLP ? which uses a timing chain as a pose to a belt ? Im still not convinced? Is it true ? BLP ?? Anyone :( ?

    Having a nightmare with the chrome bits on my front grill 'any help?'

    removed all the horrible wallnut today and the badges to get it all sprayed.. i wanted to get the chrome done in gloss black but i cant remove the chrome for starters and the 3 bolts on top of the grill seem to be stuck in if that makes sence? how do i do this? or do they have to be painted on...

    Is it possible to buy a 'badgeless' upper 'split' grill if that makes sense?

    i cant find one anywhere? as a stop gap until i get my sline or s3 front end, i wouldnt mind a badgless grill to replace the badged top end of my grill? ive seen them on cars, but cant find one for sale anywhere ?? anyone??
