    Summer detailling

Hi matt, thank you for the compliment. It's a 5footer if I'm being honest, clean paint, still some swirls but preservation is more important than chasing perfect paint [emoji106] Sent from my SM-S921B using Tapatalk

    New pressure washer purchase

This is the one I bought and have used for a few years. No problems, got a 15m hose with quick disconnect connectors fitted, mtm gun and foam cannon. Works a treat. Picture is of a standard washer prior to my meddling [emoji1] And it's in budget, £470 Sent from my SM-G981B using Tapatalk

    Summer detailling

Not been that active in recent years, however I do love to dabble in a bit of novice detailing on my vehicles. The summer meant I could re polish and coat the rs3 along with my vw caddy. I stumbled across a us/Canadian company called diy details. Loved yvans easy no hassle approach to vehicle...

    Good PPF company in London

Dub customs in basildon seem to do good work. Topaz and nvn also look like they can do this. They have youtube channels so you can check out their work

    Annual polish

Gave the car its annual polish. Used shine mates yellow foam pads and menzerna 2200 medium cut polish for a single pass single stage process. It refined quite nicely and although there are some slightly random scratches dotted here and there that I could have ago with a different combo, was...

    Cloudburzt air freshener???

I bought one on the whim from halfords a while back as I had a discount code for something. It is their large bright green one and I must admit its pretty dam good. Can dry the whole of my sportback and it doesn't feel saturated like those large blue Kent ones I've used. Sent from my SM-G981B...

    Surface contamination

Hi there fellow detailing enthusiasts, have a bit of an issue I would like some advice on. OK I think one of the neighbours had done some stone grinding works recently and as a result I could feel the contamination on the cars paintwork. I not long ago polished and coated the car with bilt...

    Best Wax for Brilliant Black

Thanks mate, bead maker was not applied at this point in time. This was the first photo of my car after the wax application. Beadmaker is used on every wash after this point. Even with beadmaker applied the car still as that rich slicker look along with the wax coating. Sent from my SM-G981B...

    Best Wax for Brilliant Black

I'll second the bilt hamber wax too. Decided to go this route this time instead of a coating I normally do and I must say the paint work feels and looks slicker and sharper than it did with a coating. A joy to wash and dry. I top it off with P&S beadmaker. Sent from my SM-G981B using Tapatalk

Ceramic coating wheels and balancing weights

If your tyres are due for an imminent change I would do this first then wash and coat the wheels, as all that tyre lube that is sometimes plastered over the wheels will have to be cleaned off. Sent from my SM-G981B using Tapatalk

What Car Care / Detailing Have You Done Today ?

Finally got around to giving the car a quick 2 pass polish with rupes yellow pads and rupes yellow top keramic polish. Honestly it as come up a treat. I mentioned about coating the car in gtechniq csl before but with time restraints I opted for bikt hamber double speed wax. First time I've used...

Ceramic coating wheels and balancing weights

Always coat my wheels, washing is just a much more nicer experience. Yesterday I used gtechniq CSL as I had run out of carbon collective coating.
