the B5 S4 power delivery is very smooth, small KO3 turbos spool up very quickly giving lots of torque, but run flat higher up the rev range. They run 265bhp as standard, remapping with make this about 320bhp and will make the car a bit more lively. But yeah, its normal

unplugging the MAF wont help, I used to drive my RS4 with it disconnected due to a faulty MAF and it ran better. disconnecting the N75 is dodgey, but probably a better option, the best being a trailer

pretty sure it wont fit unless you have the cats as well

sorry but you've been told right. These things are prone to "fading", some get better when the car is warm though. The only solution is to get another dash pack

i had this from evo motorsports in the states. sounded great on my s4, but killed 3 air mass meters in the space of 2 weeks. so it had to go !

you should be using a re-circ because your engine is looking for the charged air to be put back into the intake and matching the correct amount of fuel for it. If the air isnt there, your gonna be running rich my friend

its the switch for the volume control in the head unit, iirc the only way around it is to buy another head unit

if your looking at the kind of year, the B5 S4 is a V6 2.7l Bi-turbo, making 265bhp standard. No sure about the torque in lbs/ft but its about 400nm. 0-60 around 5 secs iirc. Both for avant and saloon im pretty sure.
