There is a retrofit thread that I've come across in the past, I'll have a look and let you know. If not, will discuss it with rest of the team and come up with something.

Sounds more like bearings I am afraid. You'd need to get the car up on the ramp to find out the exact cause. Bearings can cause uneven wear on the tires too and that can cause humming noise as well. Better getter it checked.

It's normal. Sometimes the MMI wont come up, just reset it and happy days.
