I dont have the images anymore im afraid. I killed off my photo bucket account when they banned 3rd party hosting. If you have Elsa is really easy to find but youl need to check the 2005 change over wiring for your current engine.
As you know Abs, I had real trouble shifting my old A3. People seem to want the newer facelift models.
I did however manage to swap it in the end for a imported 350z nismo with 83k on clock!
The only thing I regret sometimes is not being able to find a decent S Line model. But then again, it makes it more of a sleeper car. Ive surprised a few s3 boys who expected me to disappear in their rear view only to find me side by side ;)
Think 4 is passenger side. Swap coils with one next to it (3). Clear faults, start car and it should have moved to no3 then. If it has you need a new ignition coil. If it hasn't, then you need a plug.
Youl have a dead ignition coil or spark plug. As above for diagnosing.
You can also unplug one at a time, youl notice one won't make a difference. That will be one to replace.
I just changed all 4 of mine for piece of mind and kept the 3 other good ones. ECP usually stock these as do GSF.
Everything is possible if you throw enough money at it. However it won't be a simple swap. The 3.0v6 tdi from an a4 is mounted the other way around..
Have a look at longitudinal vs transverse to see the difference
Doesn't say specifically, however it does say:
Tieferlegung in mm: VA 25 / HA 25
Which is basically how much its lowering per axel i.e (VA) front 25mm (HA)rear 25mm and it shows four springs in the listing picture.
