    fitted LOADS of rns-e's and have never heard of that before Can't see why you'd have to do it Turning the ignition on after you've turned the unit on to loads the disc makes no difference what so ever On iPhone using Tapacrap

    The mic and Bluetooth is nothing to do with your stereo The stereo only allows the phone to pass through it and display it etc So the mic and mfsw for the phone functions won't be affected The mfsw functions for your new stereo however will be unless you get an adapter etc

    It's not called mmi, it's called AMI and no you don't have it, you have basic iPod dock which doesn't display track info on screen or the dis It's Basicly a cd emulator, track 1, track 2 etc etc Ami looks like this

    The module you have is the correct highline module Yes it will Deffo require coding with vcds

    the rnse has mic + & - (in) and (out) you only require one mic, which goes to mic in on rnse then wire from rnse out to the bluetooth unit

    the one that offers the roof operation at speed is the "smartop" which is also the most expensive. i wouldnt even consider it being that is double the price of others and i always view the roof operating at speed as a large parachute
