Febi are generally good, but everything has the possibility of not upto spec. Have you checked the end of the follower for any marks, damage, did you check if the cam has any damage on the lobe, how's the nipple end of the pump?

As he said, but it should swivel back & forth with the lobes, something maybe is obstructing movement, debris usually, just don't snap anything ;) Actually mines about due for a clean aswell but holding of as need to swap the head too.

Usually the vnt unit is screwed down, be careful as they've been under extreme heat, so any tension may snap them in place & it's a pain to resolve as I've been there, so lube these up numerous times before attempting to undo the screws, work screws back & forth, don't undo in one go as again...

Nice read, the sharkfin eBay antennas dont work well for dab tbh, tried one, it's got a silly tiny stubby dab coil antenna inside, isn't really that good, gets allot of interference with the long wires coiled up, that's why dab antennas generally have short leads to a close by amp as you know...

Actually the pins are designed to not push out even when the pink lock part isn't fitted, that's aftermarket pins unfortunately, however the positive side is, you had the foresight to know that happened ;)

Check the harness, naturally last place worked on & now you have errors. Do you have a log of the errors?

Put sealant in the channels of the covers, let it dry, voila new seals. Best thing sealant is easily removable if required. May take a few attempts to get the gauge of sealant needed, but that's the game right.

Can't you buy a battery with poles correctly positioned.

Only one way to find out, fit battery correctly & turn car in, check for any systems not running.

You think that's a pig, try removing the 4 way thermostatic valve on an Audi A3 cbab engine as I did today, now that was a pig & then some.

Maybe adjust the matrix position as it maybe of center for the pipes, assuming it's the same unit, can be a bit fiddly, also add some lube like neat coolant on the ends.

As above, door hinge rubber wiring & possibly a faulty module, you need to check diag & visually.
