checked spark plugs then after car has been running rough like on 3 cylinders but its normal when idling. i got new plugs and still the same issue

So I bought an 01 a4 quattro 5 speed I went to take it for a spin and found out the rear drive shaft wasn't bolted it dropped now the car won't move around the drive shaft spins I do have a code for left front wheel sensor out could this mean my transmission is shot or just the awd isn't kicking...
