What I would recommend to you is that before you rip everything out, you trial this modification. this is simple to do, get a 3mm hose tee, take the recirc valve hose, the N112 (secondary air injection solenoid) hose off, and thevac feed hose off the N249. These can then be joinedtogether using the tee which you can cable tie or something to your N249 until you can log or try it out and see if you like it or not.
That way you can whip it back to standard in a minute if required, then if you want to keep it simply do it proper style andrun the hoses tidily.
