Anyone used their parts over OEM? My garage said that there is some play in the lower control arm and that the whole arm has to be replaced (you can't just change the bushes). Checked with the stealers and they have quoted £121 + vat per arm, so thats £284.35 + £100 (labour) to change two control arms. :banghead: Found these people who have quoted £32 per arm, they state that Febi Bilstein supply a number of auto manufacturers including VAG, they state that they are OEM or as good as.

Load's of people use part's from other sources ie europart's,GSF. I don't see any problem going with Febi Bilstein or any other supplier..

I've used non OEM parts before just did not know anything about Febi Bilstein, do you know of them/have you used them in the past?

To be honest no i have not used them / heard of them. Why not try ordering a few item's just to test the water so to speak..

Theres nothing wrong with febi bilstein they do supply a lot of oem
and i have used them for years with no fitment issues or general quality issues .
