can anybody tell me will a 4b0919050e fuel pump and sender fit my 2004 a6 saloon 130tdi sport 4b c5 chassis wauzzz4b---------my problem is as soon as i start car or ignition on fuel gauge goes straight on half way ?when i put fuel in it goes up further .but when back to half way or just past the fuel warning light comes on. bought above genuine unit of ebay saying it was for diesel a6 98 onwards...ps sombody said it could be caused by previouse owner filling with ignition on and needs resseting with vagcom?????????????????????????

Think fuel gauge probs are common on a6. Mine drops to zero miles and empty gauge when level is low. Removing rear seat and unplugging n/s sender unit usually resets it.
