My car currently has the standard 288mm front brakes which are not powerful enough for my liking.

I've had a bit of an idea, can I buy the 2009 standard 312mm carriers and fit them to my calipers with new
disks to match? Any one got ETKA and fancy getting me the part number for the carriers?

yes m8 can be done i bought carriers and upgraded to 312 from 288

Thanks for the speedy response! That's just what I wanted to hear... Anyone got a part number for the 312mm carriers??

Can I just ask if the front discs and pads are easy to change as my brake pad warning light has just come on ? Any special tools needed ?

thanks

Defo one of the easiest jobs you can do yourself m8,
Do a search on here for more info, its been covered
A few times im sure.

Yeah, changed my pads a few weeks back, the front don't require any special tools, rears do though.

Just been to the dealer for carriers, they wanted £122 each! Start calling scrappys now I think...
