How do I change the clock?

OK, I feel silly. I didn't change the clock in my car when the clocks went back and now I have realized I don't know how?!

You pull one of the buttons on the dash and it will start to flash. Turn the knob left or right to adjust and when you need to move to the next digit, pull it out again! Sounds awefully complicated but its a piece of p**s!
