Light Switch Illumination

Hi All,

Quick easy question, when you switch your lights on does the small light bulb and arrow located on the actual dial/switch light up red?

I'm pretty sure mine used, but following removing the lower dash recently (to replace brake light switch) it seems to not be working.

I just want to check it should be working before I drop the dash again to investigate!

Yes it should light up......

Yes it should, but the bulb that does it is integrated into the switch unit. When mine stopped working I did have a look to see if I could fix it by taking the switch to bits but I gave up in the end and bought a new switch from a scrapper.
