Sorry for not getting back to u yet(will do next couple days)

I run H&R's on my S3 really good set up even with 19's on ride pretty good

My Octy Vrs has Jamex coilovers i must say really suprised how well they ride also...

All comes down to what your budget is mate...

All down to budget really, as mentioned the APs are a good choice if you didn't want to spend too much.
