My battery died. Anyone know how to get it out (pics or vid greatly appreciated)? It doesn't just lift out of the plastic case. Something is holding it in place. Will the steering fault light and esp go off without vag-com? Thanks (Audi S3)

battery is bolted down with a 13mm bolt on the side, and vag-com can clear the code but it will come back straight anyway. does the car pull to one side and have you had any work done to the front end
Thanks for quick response. The fault lights came on when I tried to start the car with the battery dead (they'll clear wont they?) Which side of the battery is the bolt on? Do I need to remove the plastic case around the battery?

is that case then yes they should disappear, take the cover off on top of the battery then the bolt is inbetween the light and the battery.
