Happy new rear !

I have a problem. The rear washer froze up (not altogether surprising given that we did not get above freezing for 20 days) and although the front also did not work for a while, it does now. I can hear the rear pump working (which it didn't before) but no water comes out of the nozzels which appear to be unblocked. The wiper works, but of course, without the wash it just makes a mess.
It has been above freezing for 48 hours now and although I have just made a journey of 200 miles it still doesn't work.
Can anyone suggest what could still be wrong, please?

pipe could be bolloxed have a feeling thats why mine aint working...

Thanks for the suggestion, it seems that we both have the same sort of problem.
Has anyone got any idea about where the pipe runs through the car? Is it inside or outside, where exactly is the pump? How accesible is the reservoir? Can the pipe be reached without dismantling the whole car?
Any help would be very much appreciated please.
