Split fold rear seat into car with solid seat back?

Hi

I've been offered a new interior for my B5 A4 saloon, but the new interior has a folding rear seat back but my car doesn't.

Will I be able to fit it?

Actually, looking at the parts explosion, it doesn't seem possible

I'm sure if you got the welder out it could be made to work though?

you can do it
id did it with a b7 rs4 trim hard work and you need a donor for all the brackets etc
2nd one i did i got a good trimmer to stich the back rest leather up to fit the non split seat turned out vvg
