SMOKE on start up :(

fired my 1999 S3 up leaving work today and some blue smoke came past my window then driving home on hard boost theres abit to, dose this mean that my turbo seals are ready to say bye bye? if so how much and where could i get a k04 hybrid from? im currently running stage revo map spent alot of money on my exhaust and dont want to go GT series and mess about with getting another new down pipe
