seat cable

Hi all, the cable to allow the front seat to slide forward on my s3 when the back is tilted has snapped, so just been into Audi to order another and was told that the part is called a memory module? part number M A8L3 881 075 @ £175.74. This can't be right surely its only a cable that connects the two leavers? Does anyone know if this is correct and have a part number? I dont want to strip the seat down and then have to wait for a part to come in before i can get it back together. Thanks

Is it definately the cable thats snapped mate? Theres a little bracket that often snaps which has lead to a lot peoples seats not sliding forwards when tilted forward!

Sorry mate £175 sounds just a little expensive for a cable though!?!?!?
