B6 1.9 TDI Clutch change how to?

Tried to search but not much came up, wondering if i can tackle this job without a ramp? Are there any how to guides anywhere? Also is it advisable to change the DMF at the same time or is this re-usable?

it would be worth following this guide here, i havent read it myself, but go through it and it will give you all the details in changing a clutch.
