OEM Bluetooth part number

Hi guys,

I have a RNS-E I sourced from e-bay and have been offered the following bluetooth part number to match with it

8P0 862 335A


All I have been offered is the module and antenna, so the questions I have are

1. Is this part number compatible with ANY RNS-E unit..?

2. What other parts will I need to fit this and how much will they cost?

I got one from a guy from eBay, it was delivered within days and was the latest version. Had it fitted and it works perfectly, much better than previous kits I have had. I will find the link for u later

Can you tell me what the differences are between full functionallity and basic functionallity, I'm also looking to fit and RNS-E and BT kit.

Full functionality = hands-free plus voice dialling, and phone books and call lists shared with RNS-E.

Basic functionality = hands-free and voice dialling only.

It's for the CAN version of the B8 A4, it won't work on the B6/B7 model.
