How do i remove the front and rear bumpers

Front bumper:
1. Open bonnet. Along the front edge you will see 4x plastic things with holes in the middle. Use a fine screw driver and push the centres through them and then pull them out.
2. Under the bumper there are 2 screws. Remove
3. Remove screws from wheel arch lining at the front and on the innder arch.
4. Pull the edges of the bumper from the wing on noth sides and it will slid off the front.
Rear Bumper:
1. Open boot lid. Where the lid meets the bumper at the sides theres a screw on each side. remove these.
2. Peel back the lip from inside the bumper and remove all , 5 or 6 screws that are in there.
3. Remove screws from wheel arch...all of the,
4. remove 2 screws from under the bumper.
5. Peel off from arch like the front bumper and slide off..
