Hi
on the lookout for a red s3 at the moment.
My question is how may different variations of red is there ?

Im really after the orange/red coulour.

When i see them on pistonheads and auto trader they look the orangey reg colour but dealers and owners say they are bright red.

Is there a way of telling by a colour code on the car ?

Thanks

col

the colour code will be in the boot, in the spare wheel well, on a sticker.

That's Absolute Red - the orangey red colour, should be easy enough to find one that colour for sale.

I think there might be a few Misano Red S3s out there somewhere... I love that colour personally.

So there are 3 different reds then

is the colour named in the boot or is it a code ?

Personally I'm not a fan of red cars at all and stand by the saying 'the only car that should be red is a Ferrari' BUT I must admit red S3's do look tasty - when I saw one in the flesh I quite surprissed (8L's) Also think Honda Civic Type R's look good in Red to! That's it! ;)

That looks like a beauty. Dont like the wheels though.

Agrre, seems to have every option bar sat nav by the looks too, never knew you could get a 3 point middle seat belt, wouldnt say cruise control was super rare thou

I like that & I love the wheels, lightweight lovelyness - needs black wing mirrors to match but that's just me.

£7500 for 99K is quite alot though, I got mine for £6200 on c.79K nearly a year ago but I got lucky

I wouldn't really class the middle seat as a "seat" ;)

No one can sit behind me at all
this shows why quite well
