driving along.the dash board light warning light comes on the symbol is the emission control system lose power as if one of the cylinders has gone down,i can drive it up to 30 but anything over the dash warning light comes on and the engine sounds like its miss firing any ideas,thanks graham

you most likley have a bad coil pack
get a fault code scan to find out what 1 or more have gone

yep just had a scan your right it is the coil pack,caused by wear in the spark plug,he showed me the titanium nib on the plug has burnt off over time and put stress on one of the coils,for new plugs and a coil £60
